Yes. If you don't know some measurement yet, tick it and we'll carry on. And if after giving birth you notice a significant change, we'll send you the new teats with the adapted design at no cost.
What if my baby doesn't accept the bottle?
Your bottle comes with a QR card with the acceptance guidelines: follow them from the first feed and, meanwhile, don't offer other bottles. If you have doubts, Clara helps at any hour and our midwives answer in the Happymami community.
They've already refused other bottles, will it work?
We're not magicians, but we're going to help you. Stop offering other bottles, design your Happymami and follow the guidelines to the letter before the first feed. Any doubt, ask Clara.
What if someone else is going to give the feeds?
When someone else needs to give your baby a feed, our goal is that they accept it and that you don't lose your breastfeeding. Prepare it in advance and follow the guidelines that come with your bottle.
Does it work if I use formula or mixed feeding?
Yes. Happymami is for every kind of feeding: breast, mixed or bottle only. Use the flow recommended for age and pace.
How do I know my design is the right one?
You design it with a guided, step-by-step process. If in doubt, ask Clara at any hour and, if you like, we'll call you to help you choose.
Should I choose a slower flow so they don't refuse the breast?
It's not necessary. Use the flow recommended for age and pace: a flow that's too slow for their age can make the feed unsettled.
What is it made of? Is it safe?
The cup and teat are made of food-grade, BPA-free silicone.
Does it need sterilising? Is it dishwasher-safe?
Sterilise it before first use; after that, soap and water are enough. You can put it on the top rack of the dishwasher (maximum 60 °C), and its wide mouth makes hand-washing easy.
How often should I change the teat?
Whatever the bottle brand, it's recommended to replace the teat and bottle every 4–8 weeks and at most every 3 months. Change them sooner if you see cracks or wear. You can order the spare with your same design.
How long does delivery take?
24 to 48 working hours on the Spanish mainland; if you order before 17:00, usually next day. Balearic Islands, 2 to 4 days; Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 7 to 10.
Is it compatible with my bottle warmer?
It depends only on size: the base is 8.3 cm in diameter. Measure the opening of your bottle warmer to check.
